Client identity and specific project details are subject to a signed confidentiality agreement.  The client is a leading service provider to the contact centre industry and was seeking to explore a new niche avenue for revenue generation.  

Assignment Requirements and Summary

From a contact centre ‘user’ perspective, Undisclosed Co, asked Prit to investigate and research the feasibility of the impact, service x, would provide to the marketplace.  This involved the following aspects, in building the business case, which was to be used to seek venture capital funding.

Define the marketplace in a global context and understand its rate of growth

Identify the opportunities which service x could exploit, globally

Undertake global competitor analysis and identify the lead team for competitor ‘me to – catch-up’

Identify and articulate functionality required by the marketplace

Identify channels to market

Estimate the cost and revenue generation over the next 5 years

Present to partner organisations Identify appropriate exit strategy
